Location is perfect, a big shopping mall at walk distance very clean from desk saff very helpful. the only remark i have nex day i went out from 9 AM to 4PM and my room was not made up when i back to the hotel, other than that i'm very please with the Country inn suites

The room was very nice and comfortable and very clean. The whole place was wonderful until I went to check out and the front desk woman was extremely rude and another font desk woman who wa leavin her shift was also very ride to me and degrading, talking to the other woman like I was an idiot....I asked for a receipt for my stay and they refused to give it to me claiming they do not give receipts if you pay ahead of time, and each front desk woman was rude in the way she told me this giving me rude looks and Talmud down to me. The manager was the same way and He made me wait for him to feel like coming out to speak with me just to be rude to me. Will not stay jere again for this reason only. They have to to do something about their staffing. No hotel I have ever been in has been rude like this.
