Rooms are nice. Breakfast was jammed with people. Need to make adjustments there, more employees to keep things moving. Run out of food too often.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the free breakfast in the morning was ok too. We would stay there again.

I needed a reasonably priced hotel convenient to the Minneapolis Airport. (Proximity to the Mall of America was nice, too.) I was a bit worried about noise, but needn't have worried. Once through the front door of the hotel you can't hear the constant air traffic at all. The room was very clean, nicely furnished, and the beds were great. You don't get a better deal or experience for the price.

Only real complaint- the coffee maker in my room had not been emptied/cleaned/coffee packet was still in basket - from previous occupant. Nothing major, to be sure! Thank you
