"Reception staff were extremely rude when it came to addressing electrical problems with our room, telling us it was our fault. Very dusty carpets. Breakfast not included in the price and expensive to buy separately. Lots of extra charges, including cots and making credit card payments. On the plus side, easy access to the beautiful Terrigal beach."
