Excellent value for money. Impressed with courteous staff and enjoyed the guest spa and heated pool. Grateful for the late checkout at no extra cost. Very pleased that there were so many towels and pillows in the room. The restaurant food was devine - very fresh and prompt service. I made sure the chef knew that as well. The waiting staff were quite attentive. Will definitely return but will request a room at back of hotel due to traffic noise in Room 13 (front of hotel). For the price we paid and have a fold up bed wich took up most of the room space was a little annoying, front desk arrival staff lacking the personal touch like looking at you and explaining how to use the lift, and bed not set up on arrival then basically threw it open then left the room,but other staff and reception when leaving great, toaster in room great to have that option.:(

Great location, refurbished rooms are a plus. Has benefit of restaurant on site, albeit average for food. No complaints. Would stay there again.
