Great service!!! Clean. Moderate, kind of old room furniture, sheets, TV, etc. No luxury in room. Not even blowdryer, sewing kit or 3 plug outlet (adapter & sewing kit were provided immediately when requested), etc. which are pretty much standard.

I have stayed many times at the Costa de Oro, although this was the first time in a suite w/kitchenette. I choose the units overlooking the pool deck/oceanfront as opposed to just the oceanfront units. The units overlooking the pool deck are a little more open & roomier, although there is a fair bit of traffic noise at night. This whole hotel needs an updating, kind of modernization even on a small scale would be nice. Pity the wireless internet is so spotty, and only works in a couple of locations in the facility, and regularly drops out. The wireless does not work on the pool deck or in the room, however I was able to get a signal from most other surrounding hotels, even from my room at the Costa(no password). One thing that is very important & I want to point out here is that the location is very good, and the pool deck pretty good. The kitchenette is adequate, but not great. Overall I will definitely stay here again, but wish they would spend a few bucks on the place.

I have stayed many times and look forward to going back. I would not hesitate to tell a friend to stay there. It is in the heart of everything but quiet at night.

The only complaint we have is the beds are very hard and uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Otherwise we loved it.
