We booked an apartment that showed on the an apartment with an outdoor balcony with outdoor seating for two. This has always been an important criteria for us when booking accommodation.The accommodation we received had no balcony, no courtyard and only very limited opening windows, We have never booked accommodation before that did not reflect what was shown on the website and therefore would be very cautious and probably would not use again (although we have previously) after this experience. We have stayed on one other occasion at Cosmopolitan Hotel and cant fault their service,, but dissapointed in the room. We wonder if the accommodation would have been better if we had booked direct. ??

Convenience is the best thing. Restaurants galore within strolling distance. Transport very accessible, or secure (free) parking for your car. Free WiFi and an excellent breakfast on-site for $15. There are many backpacker facilities in the area. The trams could be a bit noisy outside some of the rooms, but the stop at a reasonable hour. Not really a problem. I like the hotel and will keep coming back as I have short work projects in the area.

Ideal spot, close to everything you need or want. easy walking to shops, restaurants, short tram ride to city and theaters clean rooms and helpful staff.

Good location - that could get noisy depending on how crowded the local 'establishments' are. Younger person territory. Hotel has secure off-street parking and Wi-Fi is included. Clean room and friendly staff.

It was great and so close to the wedding reception we were going to, very comfortable bed and the room was very quite with all that we needed to make it relaxing.
