excellent location and very helpful staff. very quiet and v. nice balcony particularly good for laundry. enjoyed the bell ringing but possible to exclude if necessary.

- I wasted almost an hour for not getting Hot water for shower.. Thats really bad, especially for tourists. - The receptionist gave a very clear picture about in and arround of the city and all the places to visit, i thank him a lots. - the hotel is very close to railway station.. this is really nice.

The hotel was right near the train station and walking distance to most sights. The room and bathroom were a little on the small side - the toilet constantly ran day and night. The lady that was in charge of the breakfast each morning was lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is in a good position near the rail station and an easy walk to all the sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was nice. The internet was free.

Located just near the Stazione Santa Maria Novella. The hotel is clean. Staff are very helpful. It is walking distance to all the major sites. It is in a busy area. Breakfast is average. All in all, we had a pleasant stay here and we would stay here again.
