Good location close to trams and metro. Night security was very helpful when arrived late (plane delayed!) and reception were helpful. Room smelt slightly of cigarette smoke - don't think they offer smoke free rooms.

Staff v helpful, nice area, good transport links. walking distance of everywhere (I like walking!) breakfast hot/continental buffet - lots to eat!!
