Corte Contarina Hotel Venice Guest Reviews
Excellent position. Walk to everything or catch nearby ferry. Old building with very steep stairs and no lift! Tiny room upstairs, everything jammed in. Dreadful, grubby shower. Had to ask for fresh towels daily. Poor breakfast with watered down juice. Very helpful manager but other staff offhand. Far too expensive - but it is Venice.

quite far away from city center, but very quite.

Clean hotel, the room was spacious. People very kind. Some problems with the heating and we had to insist to get a second blanket.

We stayed with our two children and were given the apartment near to the hotel. The apartment consisted of a large living room/kitchen, in which there were two sofas and two beds and one master bedroom and bathroom. The manager was extremely friendly and hospitable and all in all we would recommend this hotel, although it should be noted that the hotel is away from the usual tourist areas, albeit within walking distance of St. Mark's Square.
