Corner House Hotel London

The hotel had lost our room reservation and the receptionist was very uncooperative about it ("it's not my problem" attitude), even though we had a confirmation of the booking. We had to sort it out pretty much by ourselves - called the travel agent customer service that eventually persuaded the receptionist to arrange a room for us in another hotel. Can't say anything about the rooms, standard of equipment etc., we never got as far!

We stayed at the hotel at the start of November and were pleased with the hotel. The staff were friendly and the room lovely and clean. The location was good as we were spending most of our time in Camden though the walk from the Camden Tube station is a tidy step. We would stay there again and recommend it to others

Adequate is the best word to describe this hotel. Nothing to complain about. But nothing above expectations. Continental breakfast was very bland and the option of real coffee would have been nice. Staff pleasant. On site car parking was a pleasant suprise.

Recently refurbished so feels fresh and clean. Breakfast is basic. Reception staff on arrival gave impression that we were a nuisance! Location is not so good - a good 10-15 mins walk to Kentish Town tube and not much to do in the area - so unless you really need to be in that location, there are other more central hotels for similar price.

This was my first time staying at this hotel but it certainly won't be my last! The room was beautiful, very clean, and spacious! The Bed was by FAR the best thing though - it was HUGE! We had a double room and the bed was massive and so comfortable that we had an amazing night's sleep....event the traffic noise (we left the window open) didn't disturb us from such a wonderful sleep! Breakfast is basic (toast & cereal), but certainly enough to keep you going til lunch :) It is a short bus ride to Camden Town station and the buses run regularly, even on a Sunday.

Breakfast was very limited. No lift but only 3 floors so not too much of a climb but would not recommend if you have any problems with stairs.

I enjoyed my stay at the corner house hotel imensley, it's a 10-15 minute walk to Camden Town or a short bus ride, buses are very frequent. The hotel is very clean and recently renovated with all mod con's, lcd tv's etc, a lovely place to stay! The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions you had. The only downfall I would say is there isn't a lift and there are 3 floors and the breakfast is basic ie) toast, juice and cereal no full english. However I would definatly recomend this hotel and I would stay there again.
