Kind and service minded staff. Very limited room service menu during the night. Brekafast and dinner served in the same space (dull, for being a five star hotel.)

Staff and surroundings very good. Very poor gym area. However there was a wedding being held in the pool area one evening and the music went on until 12.45 am and could be heard very loudly in the room and kept me awake.

We were given an interconnecting room and for the first two days, we could hear everything our neighbours said and did. We complained several times and were eventually moved to a room up the hall that was a much larger suite. We departed early on our last day and when we asked if we could have a breakfast to take with us, the lady on reception said we would have to pay for room service, even though breakfast was included in the price of our room. On our last day at the hotel, we again asked a man on the front desk about breakfast and he said that they actually do give breakfast packs free of charge for those who need to check out early. These packs were huge and lasted us for lunch that day as well. Overall, it is a nice hotel but the cost of drinks and food is very expensive. The females of the front desk were not overly friendly and didn't really go out of their way to help.
