Corinthia Hotel Prague Guest Reviews
Communication in any other language than the native language is a huge problem for all personel in this hotel, a bit disappointing for a nice hotel like Corinthians. Excellent breakfast buffet !

Although the hotel is listed as five star, the rooms are very basic with limited facilities (TV, minibar, radio - no kettle). However, the rest of the facilities including the restaurants are excellent, including a bowling alley! One disappointment was that we had to pay an extra £6 each to use the health club. <BR><BR> The staff were friendly and helpful and managed to sort a problem with our room sensibly and quickly. Pity about some of the guests though! Overloud, fur coat wearing, pseudo-important, well, you get the picture...

Our only problem (and it was a big one for us) is that on arrival and *after* we were in our room having presented a credit card, we were told that the swimming pool and gymnasium were unavalable due to refurbishment. We paid for the executive package which includes use of these facilities.<br><br> We raised this when checking-out and are satisfied with the compensation offered, but it is not good enough for an agent to omit this information. Otherwise the hotel is excellent and we will be staying again.
