Cordial House Hotel Istanbul Guest Reviews
Cordial house has a great location, just down the road from a tram station. It has its own tourist information run by the manager who can help out with tours around istanbul and turkey. Also has 24hr reception which is helpful, free safe box - if you can get one, good buffet breakfast, reasonably friendly staff that work long hours that can speak great English. There is free WI-Fi at lobby, which is helpful. One bad thing was that we felt the bathrooms could be cleaner, or at least cleaned more often and hooks for the detacheable shower heads were broken in most showers, which was bit annoying.

The location is nice and the staff is very kind and friendly.Everything was just fine till I was changed to another room without private bathroom, which made me a little upset.

somehow I ended up in a room whose balcony door couldn't be closed, that wasn't clean and I had to share a bathroom - but the location is sensational and the staff was extremely nice and helpful

Great location. Carpets could be in a better shape or, best of all, removed to allow for floor cleaning. Breakfast is good. Staff is helpfull All in all, basic hotel with a priviliged location in historic Istanbul.
