Felt at home, Service was the best ever experienced in Dubai. Will definitely recommend this hotel. All round: arrival, check-in, stay and service was excellent. We will stay here again.

After arriving from Russia where the hotels left much to be desired, we were very pleased to stay and this great hotel where the hospitality so friendly and helpful and nothing was a trouble to this wonderful staff. Our room was pleasant and clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and quite acceptable in nice relaxed atmosphere. The walk to the Gold Souk was too far for us and getting back in a taxi was a problem as taxis were not interested in a cheap fare. Make enquiries about the local bus. We cannot fault our 4 night stay and would recommend to anyone at this great price for a 4 star hotel.

the hotel was a fair way from anywhere of interest but the taxi prices are cheap. breakfast was very nice and as much as you could eat buffet.very comfortable bed. nice clean big bathroom and fresh towels everyday . I would definatly recomend it

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful with 24 hour room service. Cleanliness good; tv channels need the arial adjusting for some of them. If you don't want the full buffet breakfast, it would be nice to get a complimentary coffee in the room instead. Unfortunately there is no bar in the hotel, so they miss out on a lucrative source of revenue as everyone just goes out to a licenced hotel (eg Lotus Boutique Hotel over the road, where we had a fabulous evening in the cocktail bar on the penultimate night of our stay with entertainment including a band and belly dancer). Very busy area, so leave a good hour for a taxi if you have to be somewhere during the day.
