Excellent hotel - would highly recommend it. Breakfast buffet was the best yet and the Chef truly wonderful with his service and memory! The facilities were excellent room service was good only bad note was the Coffee Shop was very slow and seemed to bring out our orders more than 15 mins apart.

This hotel is very nice for an in-transit visit to Dubai. The staff was pleasant, the cold drink provided upon arrival was much appreciated, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The only drawback was being in the flight path for the airport. Some planes could be heard from inside of the rooms.

The staff were very high quality. After a long flight we were welcomed with a glass of chilled mango juice - the best thing I ever tasted. Great big bed was very comfortable.
