Great ocean front view ~ overlooked the beach just feet away ~ small balcony for quiet view in safety even late at night ~ safe/vault in room ~ full kitchen with full size refrigerator and stove/oven and microwave. Very courteous staff. Super reasonable rates. Convenient access to attractions and nearby Daytona Beach shops. Elaborate, fun, Miniature Golf directly across the street. Indoor and Outdoor pools. Couldn't ask for more in a lower amenity hotel. Great experience!!

The room was ok and the view was great. My frig had rust on it as if it was left outside for 4 years in the northern snow. The bath tube was dirty and I could write my name in the soap scum. The staff were ok, it seemed I was anoying them anytime I went in the office to ask a question or get change. I suppose I interrupted them updating their facebook status.

the ocean view was nice and the view of a1a was great we were there for biketoberfest so we enjoyed the stay differently than as if we were just vacationing.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel during Biketoberfest. Great location, good value - just wish they also had a weight/workout room for the guest, then it would be perfect. This is not our first stay here. It will not be our last either. The staff is really friendly as well.
