The staff were helpful and friendly, although they did think I had only booked 1 room when in fact I had booked and paid for 3. On check out the reception staff asked for more money from 2 of the rooms. As soon as the paperwork was checked this mistake was rectified. The hotel room was very comfortable and lovely and clean. would stay again and would "recommend to a friend"

I was with my two kids visiting Legoland in Winsor the next day. This hotel was probably one of the most reasonably priced that was not too far from this attraction. I had asked for an extra bed in advance of our visit which hadn't been sorted out but once we got there it was soon arranged. A shuttle bus to Windsor/Legoland would be a good idea for this hotel to consider.
