It was nice visiting and staying in this hotel

Hotel staff were polite, however, we sensed something was missing compared to Canadian hotel personnel and the way they treat guests. The latter always have a smile and seem to be able to address the guests by their surname. Albeit our stay was short, we did not feel totally welcome at this hotel.
