Copthorne Hotel Cardiff Caerdydd Guest Reviews
Just what we needed - nice friendly and helpful staff - nice room and view over lake and great location for the sports event we were attemding.

A distinctly average experience. The main issue is that the place is "tired" in that it's crying out for a refurb. You can tell that not much money has been spent on it in recent years. The breakfast service was very stretched and whilst individual staff were fine, they didn't seem to be anyone in control. Good job it was self service even down to the coffee. In summary, a place with a room for the night when passing through but definitely not a destination. And absolutely way over-priced.

A nice hotel that needs updating

This large hotel has a warm homely feel, the bedrooms are excellent in proportion and comfort. The restaurant food was high quality and good value for money
