May not be 5 star but it has good facilities, is very clean, with excellent service and is in a handy situation. Easily accessible free parking is a bonus.

We were under the impression that we had booked a deluxe room in a 4star hotel. This is not how I would have described it. Glad we went for deluxe room as I dread to think what the standard would have been like.

Excellent service and room. Great location close to city centre. Very useful to have central secure car parking. Helpful staff. Not too far to walk to Domain Gardens and harbourside.

Nothing special but did the job - mix up with booking put us into a twin share but Hotel upgraded booking to king bed room so good service.
