Lady at check in was rude and i was made to feel unwelcome. The price I paid was about average for the same around surfers. Location was great, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 blocks a cavill ave. Room was clean but need a make over. They have both indoor and outdoor pools which is great for any weather. Once again lady at check out was very un friendly. I would stay here again but just hope i don't get the same recipetion staff.

Lovely gardens and nice people. The rooms are a little bit tired and are about to be improved.

The lounge/dining area in the unit was huge and the unit itself very spacious.Lovely landscaping and ambience. Unfortunatley the heated indoor pool wasn't very warm even after requests for it to be warmed up.
