Exceptional customer service and made sure that I had everything I needed. Contacted me before my stay to confirm everything was correct with my booking and finding the location and then was able to advise me on all the local facilities and services. Room was great and had all I needed just like a motel room. A little noisy when people in adjoining rooms used the water/shower etc but apart from that was perfect for what I needed. Beach was nice and local cafe had delightful meals at reasonable prices all in walking distance. Certainly recommend for travelers/families, etc who don't need 5 star comfort or prices but like pleasant surroundings and friendly service with good measure of comfort for the price. looking forward to my next visit.

I wouldn't say it is the kind of accommodation which we were expecting at first. But staying in the chalet style accommodation definitely offers us an entire different experience as compared to the conventional hotel and motel. The chalet unit is well equipped with kitchen facilities which we truly appreciate to be able to do some cooking. The chalet unit looks old but well kept. The location is about 10 to 15 minutes drive to Fremantle town centre.

Very clean, right on the beach but the single beds not suitable for an adult to sleep in as were too small

We had a very pleasant stay here, our cabin wasn't fantastic but you get what you pay for, we would stay here again but next time we'd get a better cabin.
