Nice facilites, nice location...more importantly, nice people. I found there are many staffs are more than 50 or 55Y, but very nice manner, though sometime we understand they may react slightly slow, but that's reasonable and just a smile will show they are willing to help.

Good location for metro and can walk to city centre in about 20 minutes. Beautiful Parco Retiro nearby for relaxing, an amazing rose garden. Very good sized rooms with space to move around. Huge entrance and lobby. A very busy hotel so sometimes have a line-up at the reservation desk. Have used this hotel 3 times over several years.

This was a good hotel with helpful staff and a great location. We walked everywhere from this point. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Large hotel, fairly impersonal as many city hotels are but a reasonably good location for seeing the sights and visiting galleries.

I will not recomend this hotel. An old premesis in bad condition. Very large 700 rooms but noisy and very crwody at the resturant. Breakfast was minimal and quit disapointing. We will not return to this hotel !!!
