Very happy with the room and service. The only disappointments were being three flights up when the lift was broken and being told the car park would have cost £15 especially when we could park on the street for free.

Really nice hotel, close to Piccadilly line allowing easy access to airport and city. Gym/pool facilities outstanding.

In the room for two people with a double bed which was reserved for my wife and I there was inadequate space for luggage etc. and no chairs could fit into the room!

Very modern rooms, well furnished and decorated, everythign very clean. Sadly the parking arrangements are very, very poor with huge piles of rubbish blocking some spaces. Staff service not particularly friendly with a take it or leave it attitude. A long way from Heathrow with a difficult drive to the airport.
