Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza Guest Reviews
Overbooked, loud and the view was terrible! Our room was located in the building across the street from the main hotel facing rooftops and concrete walls. We did not feel safe. Our request to change rooms went unanswered. We saw a few creepy crawlers... If you stay at the Conrad make sure you stay in the main building!! Parking is an addional $15 per day.

Short bus ride to Old San Juan. Well presented room. Excellent breakfast!!

In the heart of the Candado strip (Ashford Ave. - good location near other hotels and restaurants and plenty to do. Clean rooms, nice staff. Pool side bartenders were "eh". There are other nice hotels on Ashford Aveniue in Candado, but this did the trick. No complaints.

The hotel offers many options for dining which are all expensive, however the food quality was average. Our room was one of the more inexpensive rooms offered. The bathroom was TINY! Much too small for the price they were charging. However, we had a lovely balcony view.
