"The hotel is a good hotel to use as a base for touring the area. It was clean and quiet hotel. It could not cope with me having a diary free diet and made no effort at all. "

"Disappointed with the location beside the main road. Also, it said it was set in mature gardens. The mature gardens was a field out the back. Hotel needs a lot of work. The plaster was falling off the walls in places and the decor and furniture was quite old fashioned. Was disappointed with the pool and changing rooms as they were like a public pool. Was looking forward to a bit of pampering but you cetainly didnt get this at this hotel. Would not go back to this hotel again. The only good thing about it was the food."

"Very pleasant weekend, frindly staff.comfortable rooms. one strange thing was the lack of clear signs, we recognised it from the picture rather than a sign, and we were not the only ones as another party stopped us in the car park to ask if they were in the right place!"
