Congress Hotel South Beach Guest Reviews
Nice big comfortable modern rooms with big bath. The entrances were on the sides of the buiiding with a sophisticated self entrance system,,, so no grand lobby. However, breakfast that came with the deal was in front outside with good staff and food. All in all more like 3 1/2 stars.

Staff was friendly, bed was great, bathroom had an amazing bath-tub, location right in-front of the ocean...for that price and that location, a very nice surprise.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times my answer is the same. It is a good hotel. I would recommend to others. The rooms are like suites.

Nous avons prolongé notre circuit en Floride de deux nuits au centre de Miami Beach et l'agence nous a conseillé cet hôtel, très bien placé. Le problème est qu'il n'y a qu'un seul lit et que de dormir à deux (mêmes adolescents) sur un canapé-lit en cuir matelassé de 1,10 m. de largeur (déplié) n'est pas confortable du tout ! De plus, les draps étaient tachés et déchirés, la couverture très sale ainsi que la moquette, pas assez de linges pour quatre personnes et un trou au plafond d'où coulait l'eau de la climatisation !!! De plus, l'hôtel se compose de 4 bâtiments et nous étions logés dans l'annexe, au-dessus de la cuisine et du restaurant, sans aucune vue et très bruyant ! Les transats de la piscine sur le toit sont pratiquement tous inutilisables car déchirés ! Je ne conseille à personne cet hôtel !
