the location in a business quarter is OK (surrounded by glass & concrete office buioldings) and rather close to the airport (approx 15 min drive) and no need to use the parking (15€ additional fee p.d.) during the weekends only three months open (as of december 2008), the hotel seems to have been built in a rush: still smells very new and although modern material are used the build quality seems a bit messy (irregular seams between walls & ceiling, etc) but two things set this hotel apart from the average in madrid: 1. extremely friendly & helpful service - the team is really making an effort to make the guest feel comfortable & welcome (whereas normally treatment in madrid is indifferent at best) 2. exceptionally fair price for a 4 star hotel with sat TV, free internet, phone, complimentary breakfast buffet (very nicely presented & fresh) overall: recommended !
