Confortel Aqua Hotel Valencia (3*) Guest Reviews (5)
Do not confuse this with the Confortel Aqua 4* right next to it in the Aqua complex. It is located in the city of Arts and Sciences and is very handy for the Science museum, oceanography and Turin Gardens. It is not near a metro however and is a 30min walk from the old town. The rooms in the hotel itself are modern and basic but the rooms are clean and confortable and ideal if yo are looking for a place to sleep or have your afternoon siesta.

Well situated. Just across the road (10 min. walk) from the Ciudad de Artes & Scienes & Oceanografic. Stupid street level entrance - we rang the bell for them to open the entrance door's for between 5 & 10 minutes!! - the hotel reception is on the 4th. floor accessed by lift from the street level. Aqua 3 was closed so we were accomodated in Aqua 4 at no extra cost. The boiler broke early on the 2nd day - no hot water & no apology. Plenty more hotel's to choose from in this area.

People are very friendly and the facility is very clean. Perfect place of accomodation because the mall or shopping stores are just below it. I would lodge at this place again, next time.

On my booking form i was told that there was a free mini bar (soft drinks) - this turned out to be 1 bottle of mineral water - hardly a free mini bar was it.

This hotel is well situated for the City of Arts & Sciences but far from the centre of Valencia. However, there are frequent buses to the centre of town. The hotel is above a shopping centre with a good choice of restaurants, cafes, a supermarket and a cinema. The well known "Il Corte Ingles" department store is opposite the hotel and is worth a visit.
