Condo Gardens Brussels Residence Guest Reviews
Quite clean small apartments, however be aware that it's in the Gare du Nord district so you should not hang around late as the way from the train station / metro stop can be rather dangerous. The service is awful. Even if you inform them actively that you'll arrive late like 11pm, you get bawled out by the janitor once you are there. Of course, you don't get access codes for wifi nor the invoice: you have to come again in the morning... if there's someone at the reception. In summary, the worst hotel service experience in 10 years for me. Choose elsewhere.

I urgently needed a place to stay at the last moment, this is why I stayed here. It was o.k. apart from the fact that it really was not very clean - the floor, the bathroom, ... and I'm normally not very picky. The location is not very good unless you have business to do close to Gare du Nord.

Good location - just 20 minuts by foot to the center of city. Some room facilities should to be repaired/changed.
