1st class services 1st class food and support staff. I feel like a boss when they asked me to go other counter for private check in. i enjoy my dinner here and even invite few of my friends to taste their best menu

Everything and everyone at the Concorde was great - AFTER arrival. It is a VERY, VERY, VERY difficult hotel to locate with the directions/map provided by Hotel Club's link. Perhaps, if one knows the area, it is different. However, for those of us new to Shah Alam, it was extremely frustrating and I drove around in circles for almost 2 hours without being able to get clear directions from the hotel itself - evn though I was within a mile radius of it. That being said, once I finally arrived at the Concorde, my stay was without flaw. The room was great; the breakfast buffet (included) was plentiful and varied; the pool was large and not crowded; the lounge downstairs was a comfortable place to relax and have a conversation; the service throughout the hotel was exemplary. I would, most definitely, reccomend the Concorde to anyone!

It delivers what it promises! I stayed at the Premier Club and it is really worth it. My children love it! Will definitely choose Concorde Shah Alam again. The staff are very friendly especially from the Premier Lounge. They provide complimentary snack for 2 pax from 6pm to 8pm and for breakfast, you can have a choice of having it at the restaurant or at the Premier Lounge (which we did!). It was a peaceful breakfast as you do not have to fight your way to the buffet table ...

Fantastic breakfast buffet, good prices for bar snacks and drinks, it costs about $15 each way to the center of KualaLumpur. There is a beautiful mosque opposite the hotel and the "calling to prayer" can get a bit loud and usually woke me early in the morning. I had a great view of the mosque as my room was at the front of the hotel but I think a room at the rear of the hotel may be a bit quieter. I'll definetly stay there again Quick tip: If you walk about 100 yards towards the back of the hotel you will find many low priced local restaurants.
