A disaster from the start. They had no record of my booking (apparently reservations closes at 5pm). It took them 20 minutes to check me in becuase they couldn't work the computer, my first room had the curtains held up by fuse wire so they wouldn't close properly. General decor could best be described as shabby and tatty. Cleanish at best rather than clean. I thought the staff at breakfast were public as they wandered about sleeves rolled up. Overall a great disappointment.

There was no Guest guide in the room, Noise insulation is very bad the breakfast was not nice at all, particularly the buffet, bacon, eggs, ashbrowns were very dry and the croissant were just edible. I would not go back to this hotel
