The Commons Inn Hotel Cork is situated on New Mallow Road, just across from Cork Public Museum. My sister & i stayed at the Commons Hotel in Cork Ireland on 5-5-2012 Tru 5-9-2012 it was a horrible stay. The shower had a lot of mold & mildew on it. The shower did not work when I told reception they told me i could use the shower in the next room in that room the lock on the door did not work.The mold & mildew was not cleaned, they just sprayed it with bleach needless to say we were not happy with our stay

Quality and quantity of their breakfast is very, very good.all staff very polite and helpfull. Hotel in a good position just outside the busy city.

Requested a non-smoking room and checked in to a smoking room- pillows smelt of cigarettes. Service was attentive, warm and friendly.
