Unfortunately there was a problem with the room we had booked so we were upgraded to a unit with upstairs bedroom with on suite with kitchen and bathroom with corner spa downstairs. Room was wonderful and clean and a joy to stay in. Upon checking in the manager was on a difficult phone call with a potential customer and were a couple of people waiting to check in as well. We were all well looked after in a friendly, professional and personal manner. While being shown my room it came up in conversation that I was a musician in Dunedin performing for the night. She immediately said that I would be having a late night and said that we could have a late checkout. Much appreciated and extremely relaxing! Thank you so much!

I stay at all sorts of places across NZ for work. This motel provided me with a very comfortable, spacious place where I could easily work and relax. I was very happy with the unit, the people were friendly and helpful. I rate it 5 stars plus!
