We booked the hotel in Arlington yet somehow [...] messed up our order and booked this hotel near North East Mall. We arrived to Arlington only to find out we did not have reservations. [...]After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes, I called the North East hotel and the employees told me they would have no problem refunding me my money. [...] Meanwhile, we were late to our dinner reservations. [...] Not a good experience. For the record, the people at the actual hotel were wonderful in helping me fix this problem.
