Comfort Suites Nashville

This hotel should either be shut down or sell out to another and remodel. The rooms were not clean, the paint was halfway done with overspray everywhere. The door leading from the living area of the room to the bedroom did not even have a door knob. As you walked into the room, there was a musty smell and a beam right in front of the door. The hallways were littered with old mattresses, including one right outside of my door. The internet access was as slow as dial-up making it difficult to conduct any type of business. When I went to the front desk to talk to them, there was no one to be found. The view looking out of the window was down upon the remnants of glass bottles and boxes that were discarded from the restaurant in the lobby. I thought that there was going to be a redeaming quality when I walked into the bathroom after a nine hour drive and found a large jetted tub to soak in, but was only disappoiinted again when I found out that it didn't work and there were hairs still left in it. Overall, I can honestly say that personally I will not be staying here again and if you choose to do so, do it at your own risk. I am an Elite Diamond Choice Privileges member, meaning that I stay in many of these hotels, and this was, by FAR, the worst.
