Girlfriend stayed here one night and had a 150.00 Chi hair straightener stolen from her room. After attempting to follow up about property taken from our room by a house keeper, i was barred from the hotel. How a person can be barred for filing a police report about property stolen on your premises beats me. Have received no return calls trying to make it right in anyway. That why im thankful for venues like this to air their dirty business laundry. If you dont take care of your customer they will share their experience. Was treated like a second class citizen as soon as i had a grievance. Protect your belongings and do not stay here. S&C hotels is the parent company FYI.
