We enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It was quiet, clean and well staffed. Everything worked in the room, and the staff proved helpful in answering questions.

I was unable to make it to Dallas because we were hemmed in by a tropical storm. I cancelled the reservation a day before I was to arrive and they still charged my credit card. Don't trade with these crooks!

Five star, very nice room and great value. Living room and bedroom in a suite with two flat screens. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast included. I was able to finish work and get rested. Hotel is five minutes by free shuttle from DFW airport.

Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was average. Restaraunts were very limited in this area and there is no shopping nearby. I wanted to enjoy hot tub while I was here but it was cold the 4 days I was here.
