Comfort Suites Addison Guest Reviews
Great hotel which had exactly what we needed, staff really freindly and helpful, the room was a really good size and the hotel was located in a really nice area of Dallas and the cost of the room per night made our stay an absoulute bargain. The free complimentary hotel and free coffee and tea available all day was a pleasant surprise. Hotel is a little ditance from downtown Dallas so a car would be needed, however the Addison row of resturants is just a two minute walk away +++

This place was hard to find, out of the way, although it was in a good area. The service was subpar.

Long way from anywhere if you are not driving. Can take bus into Dallas Downtown takes about 1 hour. Taxi drivers where terrible for getting lost and making you pay full cost. 3 of them even had to get gas while we were in the car and did not stop the meter. Hotel staff didn't know about the Bus Line or tours just gave brochures.
