Very helpful staff who speak English. Hotel facilities were average. Perhaps a hotel that is a little old but repainted. Shower over bath doesn't have a screen or curtain so water spills onto floor. Adequate. After all the real reason for visiting Annecy is outside!

Very quiet place, not far from the old town center. Service is really good. We'll choose this hotel for our next trip to Annecy.

The room was very good, spacious, and the toilet very clean and equiped. Air conditioner, tea, and coffee facilities in the room, TV, definitely happy with the room and the location was good. Nice atmosphere. Happy with my stay in the hotel.
