We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was the perfect distance from the airport and very importantly, easy to find. We were from out of town and this was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The shuttle service was exactly what we needed. All employees were very polite, knowlegable and friendly.

A modest well-managed hotel that provides honest and clean accommodation at reasonable cost. Handy to SF Airport with courtesy coach available. There is no restaurant but microwave in the room and meals can be delivered. An array of ethnic restaurants at San Bruno town centre 15 minutes walk away. rapid Transit (BART) is also 15 minutes walk with fast service to San Francisco town centre (20 minutes). OK for a stop-over but not for a prolonged stay.

Very friendly helpful staff; our plane was scheduled for mid-afternoon and they let us keep the room until 12:30 although usual check-out time is 11 am. Free breakfast, coffee in the room. I will come back to this hotel when I fly to SF again.

Excellent standard hotel. Nothing special - but a long and difficult journey to reach CBD.
