Welcomed by very pleasant lady, room was recently updated(last couple of years) nice furniture (no sofabed as per listing) let down by old tv with dvd player hanging underneath in corner on end of bench. Small shower cubicle and not alot of room for toilet behind door, nice vanity basin and good mirror but only one hook on door to hang up towels so have to hang over shower or get fresh daily. The Age newspaper daily at door continental breakfast $14 a bit expensive for toast and juice (my choice!) Did not notice road/traffic noise as per previous reviews. Location at opposite end to city centre but a nice 10 minute walk does you good along water front. Pleasant place to stay very friendly staff, would recommend

A well located motel in a busy "holiday" motel strip. Showing signs of age but OK for a one night travel stop. Would be less acceptable for a longer stay.
