There was dust on the top of the bathroom tiles & the toilet seat needed to be held in place whilst male urinating which I suggest should be replaced. The breakfast was great, the pool & spa very relaxing, the staff wonderful & room very comfortable. Will definitely return at a later date.

Great central location - lovely rooms with all the comforts. Well equipped and perfect for travelling with a family.

Well situated for access to main area of Ballarat. Lack of dining facilities in a country town is a disadvantage particularly early in the week when many restaurants are closed.

We found the rooms to be excellent, but the service to be below par. The issues were only minor but to us they were important. No plug for the spa bath A mirror fell off the wall The toilet was blocked and could not be repaired that night When we booked in we found it hard, because we needed to show them the voucher but because I only had a lap top with no printer this made it very difficult. But besides those minor things the accomodation was great.
