The reviews of this hotel were not all that complementary and I was very hesitant about booking. However, I did anyway because the location was great and price was very reasonable. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and it was fantastic. The room was nice and comfortable and always kept clean by the hotel staff. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price for this hotel was great at $89.99 per night for the LoanStar Motorcycle Rally weekend, all other hotels were $125.00 and up. Thanks for a great time:)

I HATED THE ROOM I WAS IN. THE OUTLETS DIDN'T WORK. IN THIS ROOM THAT I WAS IN, I COULD HEAR DOOR SLAMS THAT KEPT ME UP TIL LATE NIGHT. THE GUESTS ABOVE MY ROOM STOMPTED AROUND THE ROOM. I CONTACTED THE HELP DESK BUT VERY LITTLE WAS DONE, I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT BE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM, AND TRULY MY CONCERNS WHERE NOT ADDRESSED BY MANAGEMENT. I HAD STAYED AT ANOTHER HOTEL IN THE BEACHFRONT OF GALVESTON LESS THAN A MONTH AGO AND MY STAY WAS VERY PLEASANT AND MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL DID NOT COMPARE ONE BIT. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH COMFORT INN & SUITES[...].
