Comfort Inn Phoenix North Guest Reviews
We were so surprised and pleased when we arrived at your Hotel at the Union Hills - we were not expecting the spacious accommodation, and lovely decor. We knew Comfort Inns gave value for money, and expected fairly basic accommodation. However, the hotel seemed to have been recently refurbished, it was spotless, and the reception was welcomming and the staff very professional. Only constructive crititism would be the complimentary breakfast - when we arrived at 8 a.m. there was very little choice remaining and other guests were also disappointed. The member of staff was a little off hand about the situation and just pointed out it was complimentary inferring that no one could complain. However, everything else was very good.
