The hotel is nice and some rooms seem to have been renovated recently. However, the one we had for two nights was very dark and rather old - a typical motel room and nothing to get very much excited about.

The standard room we stayed in was a little old and dated. Good for one night. The front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

some of the rooms at this hotel may be 4star but be warned, if you book a standard room, you may get a 30yr old room with a 30yr old bed like we did. Our room would have been lucky to have even qualified as 3star. Traffic Noise was also a problem. Next time we will pay the extra $10 per night and stay in the Warrnambool CBD area.
