Comfort Inn O'hare South Guest Reviews
We had A/C problems since day 1. On the third complaint on Sunday we were offered a different room. We did not take it as it would have meant packing up everything so we dealt with the mugginess of the room that night. Complained again on Monday, and they replaced the unit in the wall. The 'New' ice machine was not working the entire weekend. Kept having to go to the front desk and have them chip ice out of a bucket they had in the back. The pool was dirty and under-chlorinated and the hot tub smelled aweful. House keeping did not arrive to our room until 5 p.m. This is just poor management. Spend a little more somewhere else, this place isn't worth it. It needs to burn down like the hotel across the street did.

The lobby, hallways and elevator are a bit scary..but the room was just fine for a layover to get to the airport early the next morning. Only one shuttle from the airport that comes once an hour.
