This place was so nice. The rooms were clean and cute. The complimentary breakfast was way better then I ever expected. The only downfall was the front office man. The outlet in the bathroom was broken so not only wouldn't the hotel's hairdryer work, but neither would mine. When I brought this to the attention on the front desk man he proceeded to explain to me that I was doing it wrong. After semi arguing over it for a couple minutes I told him that whatever the problem was I just wanted to bring it to their intention but I said I didn't need it fixed during my stay. I just wanted them to be aware of it for the next guests. Later that evening he sent another man to replace the hairdryer, which was not the issue in the first place. The man who came in to look at it saw that I was right and I then told him again that I didn't want it fixed during my stay. Although none of these problems were a big deal it just added on to my frustration with the front dest man. He didn't listen to any of my questions when I arrived and then blamed me for the difficulties with the switch. He just needed to learn to listen.
