Very convenient location in centre of Lorne. I was here for the marathon and the hotel is just steps from the start line.

Very good stay except that with the room we stayed in had an extremely hard bed. Not sure as to whether this was due to a new bed or the mattress itself but was like sleeping on a rock. Other than that we were very happy with the stay at the motel and service was very good.

A bit of a fish bowl. Glad we got 50% of the standard rate by booking online.

The hotel was almost empty when I arrived. However, staff allocated the worst possible room for me with no views. At the time the second level of rooms with nice sea views was kept empty.

We found the room to be modern, well equiped ,comfortable and clean, but didn't appreciate a room with a view of a concrete retaining wall !!! Can't take that back to impress the folks in NZ.
