Comfort Inn Jamestown, NY Guest Reviews
Requested non-smoking room. Given a room that smelled as if there had been smokers previously but attempted to cover up the odors with something like Fabreze. Air conditioner did not work, when we informed the desk we were given a room at the other end of the motel and the rooms were a lot newer looking, cleaner and smelled a lot better as if it really were a non-smoking room. Is there a difference in the quality of rooms booked directly from the motel and the discounted rooms booked through [...]? It certainly seems that way. (For purposes below the second room was very satisfactory.) If you get a lesser quality room because you booked through [...], or other booking agencies, etc. then it is not necessarily a better value to book through such businesses.
